What changed
Dated, plain, and public. If we say a thing shipped, it shipped on the day it says.
- Site
Repositioned around the thesis: Verification-as-a-Service, the human-guided learning loop, and the frontier report. Tools became How it works, Services is new, and the games came off the nav; they still run at their old URLs while they wait for a home of their own.
- Games
Portlands is playable. It's a city builder on the real Toronto waterfront: 12,370 homes on Villiers Island by 2045, a quarter of them affordable, four construction sites at a time. It runs from its own deployment rather than out of this repo, and the site proxies it in at /play/portlands.
- Games
Tessellate and Portlands are the lineup. Hogtown, Elbows Up, Jam Machine and Quiz Night came off it, and the separate Kids section went with them.
- Site
Dropped the orange. The studio chrome is ink and cream from here; the only colour on the site comes from the game art.
- Site
Added Tools and Writing. The anatomy diagram on the Tools page is the same one the deep-dive essay uses: one drawing, built once.
- Site
Removed the scrolling marquee from the homepage. It was decoration pretending to be information.
